The Perfect Cup of Coffee--Where is it?
Where do you start for the perfect cup of coffee?
- Clean equipment
- Fresh Water
- Fresh Roasted Coffee Beans (stored properly, of course!)
How do you store coffee beans?
- Keep the fresh roasted beans in an opaque, air tight, ceramic container
Why?
- Air and moisture are the two #1 enemies of coffee. Once the beans have been roasted and off gased, you need to keep them cool and dry.
